What this site is

An independent information website about the Ocean Oasis Phuket condominium project in Ratsada, Phuket Town, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Ocean Property Co., Ltd. (Bangkok).

Not an offer

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. Environmental impact report 256906-22 was approved on 1 October 2026 (letter ทส1009.5/22894), record 16181 of the register of Thailand's Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). The developer lists the project as «Coming soon» and has not announced the sales launch, construction or completion dates.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had published only a starting price (from ฿1.69M) and budget bands on its website. Floor plans, the unit count, the number of floors and dates are not published. The figures of 8 floors and 1-bedroom units of about 30 m² come from agents and are not confirmed by the developer. The payment scheme shown is the typical Thai pre-sale practice, not Ocean Oasis terms; price-per-m² benchmarks refer to other projects.

Ownership

Ocean Oasis Phuket is recorded in the EIA register as a residential building under the Building Control Act. This site therefore does not state that the project is freehold or leasehold: the form of ownership for foreign buyers is to be confirmed and is published here the day the developer announces it.

Distances

The developer has not shown the exact Ocean Oasis plot. Distances quoted are those the developer gives for its Ocean Town estate on Srisuthat Road in the same subdistrict, plus open-source distances, rounded. They describe the Ratsada area, not a measured route from the project.
